A while ago, while doing some Windows support, someone called in saying
they couldn't log into their computer.  They were at home and were very
annoyed when I told them I couldn't help, unless they went back to the
office, so that I could reset their password.  They must have decided I
had some secret method that I could use to reset their password, without
any access to their computer.
