Thanks, guys. I'd be happy to learn how to fish. I'm fairly hard to
intimidate, I've been working with these computer critters in one form or
another since about 1963. Just need some advice about getting started down
these new paths ;-)

Adding comments to an already open issue is very easy and is a good start
to becoming familiar with the overall issue management process in addition
to discovering that the process is intimidating because it is obnoxious
and not necessarily because it is too technical to learn. This philosophy
is well put in the "Give a man a fish ..." aphorism.
