Hi Galen,

I agree with Joe (Joe Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) when he says that the FIND 
function returns #VALUE on entering the parameters you have used.  It looks 
like the FIND function can not understand regular expressions in the "find 
text" portion of the function (i.e., the first argument to the function) and 
therefore, cannot interpret the "[a-c]" as "a", "b", or "c".  

I also tried out the SEARCH function, and it works the way Joe said it worked.
