Hi again Carol, Pleased to hear that you resolved your download/install situation. I would point out that it is normal practice on this (and most other) mailing list(s) not to ask a new question by replying to a previous post. Some days this list receives 100+ messages and new messages, with a meaningful subject line, are more likely to attract attention than just replies. Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with OOo's database component, so I have taken the liberty of reposting your question as a new subject, in the expectation that someone with a greater knowledge of OOo Base will be able to answer your question. If you do not receive a reply from this list within say 12-24 hours, I would suggest that you post your question again (giving as much detail as you possibly can) to the OOo database list ([email protected]) and request that you are cc'd with any reply. I am not sure if it will be of any help, but there is a document called "Ch10 - Getting Started with Base" on this page: http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/ Dave --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
