Ok now that's a better idea: do a template with page 1 in a
separate section BUT will the text flow into the next section from
page 1.....? I will get back to you.
Do not page styles work here? Setup one page style with choice of
tray for your first page, and then use the default or define another
for the other pages. This should work.
