Depending on how old your system is, Apple may be able to replace it.  
Otherwise, locate a Mac
Users Group (there is one here in my city) and find another Mac user with the 
same system.  Even
a copy of the Tiger load disk is all you need.  Unfortunately, I know of no 
place on the Internet that
I would trust to download it from.
