Zone Alarm blocks all files ending with .exe which is what the
OOo download file is (a self-extracting zip file). You will have to
configure to accept .exe files for the period of time you are
downloading OOo. As soon as the download is complete, reconfigure ZA
to block all files ending with .exe.
