I'll respectfully disagree -- top-posting is much more efficient in terms of recipient's time if the recipient is so inclined. As I am. I top-post and I top-read and I don't want anyone to tell me to do otherwise. I think that way. If you don't, then feel free to ignore my posts; just don't try to tell me (or others) how to think and act.

For the original poster, email addresses are continually being harvested by bots. I don't take any special precautions to "protect" my one true email address, and most of the spam I receive is readily disposed of by my Thunderbird email reader. There are more important things to worry about than an email address that appeared over a year ago.
