I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by "sending a lot of printed letters and documents on master document, and then linking with recipients via either of above methods." I also don't understand "but when I try to send, cannot get required link". It's the word "link" which is confusing me.

I have just seen your PS about Windows ME, so that answers part of my previous e-mail, but you still haven't told us what you are doing. Please describe in pedantic and boring step-by-step, click-by-click detail exactly what you did that worked with OO 2.0 and which fails now. As far as I know the behaviour of OO has not changed in this area from 2.0 to 2.1. Please also describe in detail how it fails: do you get an error message - what message? Does your computer crash? What exactly? As I said before, unless we know what you are doing and what happens when you do it, we can't tell you what you are doing wrong.
