Hi Sue,
You need to go to the OpenOffice.org downloads site, then select the
MacOS X download, then specify if you need the Intel or PowerPC
version, depending on what Mac Mini model you own (hint: if you go to
the top left of your screen and click on the blue Apple logo, then
select 'About This Mac', a window will pop up showing you some basic
info of your setup, for instance: "Processor: 1.67 GHz PowerPC G4").
You don't need to uninstall NeoOffice, by the way; the two programs
can happily co-exist side by side.
Hope this helps.
Alex.

I want to download Open Office onto my Mac Mini. I am not computer
savvy so which option do I pick to download Open Office. I will be
un-installing Neo Office afterward. If you could reply today I
would really appreciate it.
Thank you
Sue Reid
