This page is definitely at fault. OOo2 runs fine on Win98SE and
Millenium. So I wouldn't trust the "NT" on this page.

That sounds more correct.

NT4 is a special bird, IIRC OOo1.x worked on NT4 with SP6 but I'm afraid
 that his isn't true anymore for OOo2. StarOffice8, the "brother" of
OOo2, at least doesn't list NT4 anymore on its box. It seems that the
latest patches to NT4 didn't contain all the APIs OOo needs to run on
Windows.
