Actually OOo will run on Win 98SE or later. I have it running on
a Win 98SE partition. The major problem is having enough RAM, fast
enough CPU (Pentium class), and harddrive space (~300 MB).

OOo 2.1 runs on the same platforms as 2.0, and this includes
everything from Win 98SE to the present.

    See answer to question #1.
