Please help me. > > Thanx, Stacey You mentioned the Quickstarter. Did you close it before trying to remove 1.1.2? It is located in the System tray just to the left of the clock. It is a blue and gray icon with three birds flying in it. Right click it and select Exit. Then you should be able to remove 1.1.2.
