I added a couple of new palettes. :) I also duplicated the first three or four palettes. :( I'll be uploading colour_palette_14 in the next couple of days. It doesn't have the duplication that palette_13 has. the other noticable difference is that most of the sub-palettes are organizaed by colour. I also added a prefix --- that usually indicates the source --- to more easily differentiate between the various sub-palettes.

We should extend colors of Writer and Calc.
I'm adding roughly 1,000 colours per month (roughly two sub-palettes). Do you have any suggestions of palettes to add?
Also we might create interesting gradients, and hatching too.
Both are fairly easy to "mass produce". How extensive a choice should there be? I'll upload a sample hatching.soh and sample gradient.sog in the next couple of days.
