The official release for Fedora 6 is 2.0.4. I have just updated to FC6
as well. Your 2.1 must be from OOo and should be re-installed as some
of the FC6 applications will overwrite some of the OOo files. I
remember watching the messages as I upgraded.
If you still have your downloaded 2.1 version of OOo, just run rpm again.
I just triple checked to see if there was a newer version from Fedora
with no luck.
If you have some issues, try using yumex (yum install yumex)
Applications > System Tools > Yum Extender
