[users] problem with saving document in open office .org

please contact me I tried to save a file with open office.org and I accidently 
saved all of my documents in some other format and it changed all of my 
documents into hyroglifics. I can't read any of my documents. I have used open 
office.org for 4 years and this has never  ever happen. call me at 956 621 0697
