I am running writer on Xandros Desktop 4.0 and suddenly I find that all
the drop-down windows have illegible greek (or other foreign language)
fonts which make the program unuseable. How can I restore the original
fonts to these menus?
You must have recently changed your system font. This can sometimes have
unexpected results with your OpenOffice interface font.
Try changing your system font back to what it is, or to something else.
Once you can read the OpenOffice interface font, you might like to try
unticking "use system font" in the OpenOffice options under View.
