Never mind, I found it. :) For those who are interested:

When you click Do not show warning again, OpenOffice.org makes an entry in
your local copy of Writer.xcu
Code:
<node oor:name="PrintOutput">
<prop oor:name="AskForMerge" oor:type="xs:boolean">
<value>false</value>
</prop>
</node>
Do not change Writer.xcu in the original installation directory. (Windows:
C:\Program
Files\OpenOffice.org2.0\share\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Writer.xcu
or Linux:
/opt/openoffice.org2.0/share/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Writer.xcu)
Change or delete the local copy of Writer.xcu (In Windows, the location
depends on which system you are using and whether you installed
OpenOffice.org 2 as a single user or for multiple users. For Windows 98,
single user install, check C:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Writer.xcu. For
Windows XP, multiuser install, check in C:\Documents and Settings\<User
Name>\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Writer.xcu. For
Linux, the local copy of Writer.xcu is in
$HOME/.openoffice.org2/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Writer.xcu)
To change, use a text processor like Notepad (Windows) or kwrite (Linux) to
change the node value to:
Code:
<node oor:name="PrintOutput">
<prop oor:name="AskForMerge" oor:type="xs:boolean">
<value>true</value>
</prop>
</node>
If you do not have other settings you want to conserve in Writer.xcu, it
might be easier to delete your personalized copy of Writer.xcu, and let
OpenOffice.org automatically regenerate it.

Subject: [users] Resetting Dialog boxes
Afternoon!
I accidentally checked a box that says "Do not show this dialog again" and
unfortunately, the app does not function the same without it. ;) LOL! How do
I reset those dialog boxes to display as if it were a fresh install, without
reinstalling and erasing all my other mods?
Sincerely,
Andrew Robertson
