Thank you for confirming that. The OO installer keeps suggesting
there is a corruption in the OO download file. But given, that I
having problems loading other programs onto the computer eg Netscape,
think there may be a problem in the system files.
Would you happen to know how you can completely wipe clean the hard
disk and start afresh with the Window's operating system?

You might want to explain your problem or problems more
thoroughly. OOo 2.1 will run on Win ME as long as the CPU is at least
Pentium class, you have at least 128 MB RAM, and you have at least
200 MB of free disk space on your computer.
