I know nothing about the Swedish language, but if I go to this page:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Sv.openoffice.org
and click on a link below the caption "Ladda ner OpenOffice.org-paketet"
it starts the download of the Swedish version of OOo 2.1
I am guessing that you are using some version of Windows so the
following are direct links:
