It would be easier for this to be done if you can 'see' the machine that has the file you want to use. I see that your on windows - therefore if you 'map the network drive' to your PC it will make life easier.
Then when you are in the calc sheet, simply insert > link to external data and select the file and range that you want to be linked to.
