Glad it helped, Ben

The way to get bugs/enhancements looked at is to use issuezilla. It is
not the easiest process, but not too terrible if you approach it slowly
and logically.

1 You need to register on the openoffice.org site. This is nothing to do
with registering the software.

2 You will receive a confirmation email which you need to to reply to.

3 Go back to http://www.openoffice.org and login

4 Go to http://www.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi and try to find an
entry for an issue dealing with the same problem. On rare occasions you
will be lucky enough to find one. The number of duplicate issues is a
good demonstration of the difficulty of this process. If you do find
one, consider voting for it. This is claimed to have some effect, but
like many things in life, it is difficult to demonstrate.

5 Go to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html
and write up your bug, or RFE (request for enhancement). If you need to
add an example document you have to finish your report, then go back to
add the attachment.

The documentation at
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html is actually
quite good. It is the multiple options on the submission page that are
frightening, though looking at it now it has been cleaned up a lot since
I last used it. For example, I presume this would go under
"Documentation," Then when you click through you can choose "Online
Help" Don't worry about assigning it to anybody, that is not your problem.
