Maybe we can help, if you tell us what didn't work with your loading attempts? Did you get any error messages? Can you give a brief outline of the steps you have taken to set up OOo so that you and your daughter can spell check documents written in English, Spanish and French. Agreed there does not seem to be very much in the way of good documentation on this subject. I am sure it would be appreciated by the OOo documentation project, if you were to contribute a "how-to" or an addition to the user guide.
