I just tried installing OO 2.1.0 on my Mac Book Pro running Mac OS

and X11 1.1.3 and it worked without a problem.

For reference, I downloaded the version for Intel (and you should

well). I installed OO by dragging the icon onto my Applications folder.
I answered No to both font questions.

Don't know if it matters, but I have 2.0.1 installed as well.

Congrats Joshua.
I don't know if saying NO to the font conversion is a good option (unless
probably in your case, since OOo already disposes of a usable form of the
Apple fonts). I'm not sure what happens if you install OOo for the first
time and don't convert the fonts...

Any progress Nikiforos?
