I don't see how you can make it "an automatic function of the style" but
you can do it with styles, by applying a character style to the first
word of every "Notes"-styled paragraph. This could be automated though
Find & Replace, although it has to be done in two steps. For
newly-created paragraphs, you'd have to apply the character format
manually, or as was suggested already, make an autotext that could be
used as a template.
