Do you have any graphic objects (drawings or charts) or formulas in your sheet? Those are the usual suspects.
Other than taking longer to print, I don't know of any harm they might do. As long as your printing isn't taking an excessively long time, just answer "no" and be happy.
I do agree that this is a rather obscure question which we normal users cannot possibly answer with confidence. It really should be removed, or at least redesigned.
