William:

I think that we've had this discussion before. What I was pointing out to Mr.
Case
is that he is:
1. Not accessing a Help Desk, no matter what he thinks.
2. Usage of abusive language might not get his problem fixed. There are
members
on this list that automatically scan and delete messages with profanity.
Usually
such messages are 'Flames' and are not to be taken seriously.
3. I am aware of the problems with the Issue Tracker. However, fixing it is
beyond
    my abilities.
Mr. Case did not describe, as far as I know, his problem here on the list. It
appears that
he wanted to 'whine' about how broken the Issue Tracker is and 'why do I have
to subscribe
to input a problem'. I'm glad he has not worked with some of the major
commercial products
as our Issue Tracker is easy compared to their bug tracking systems and is
based upon
the same product used by Mozilla/Firefox/Thunderbird/SeaMonkey. BTW, you have
to
subscribe to post to their forums, too.
