     I think your problem involved a hidden sheet. Look at 
Format > Sheet. If Hide is greyed out and Show is not, click Show. You 
will be given a choice of what sheet to show. Then you should see all 
four sheets. Then you should be able to move between all four sheets 
as I stated.
     Those triangles do not work until you have more sheets in the 
spreadsheet. If you want to see how they are designed to work, open 
and empty spreadsheet and add three additional sheets. You will note 
then that their use is to bring the sheet you want to use into view. 
You must still click the sheet's tab or use control+page (Up or Down) 
to actually work on the sheet.
