Please be clearer with your problem. What exactly are you trying to
do when this error message occurs, please detail the steps taken.
Also please let us know what operating system you are using and which
version of OpenOffice so that we may help you further

PS for the moment it sounds like you are using windows. You might try
going to Internet Options from the control panel or by clicking Tools
-> Internet Options in Internet Explorer. Under the Programs tab
select a program to use for your email.
