If you use Copy/Paste you must use <Paste Special> - Unformatted

I have to use Paste Special to copy/paste from Outlook Express Emails and
from the web sites I want to copy text from

In OpenOffice.org Writer, select Edit / Paste Special from the menu,
select "Unformatted text", and click OK.



I'm begining to get a whole new appreciation for those poor souls that
actually work a support desk (and get paid for it)...
