Hi David,
It's only a problem if you don't receive the message. In that case you
don't know anyway so it's not a problem then, either. You get it when
there has been a problem with messages not getting to you. The fact that
you've received it means that messages are now getting through. It
happens to me every now and then. If I was waiting for a reply to
something, I'd check the messages in the list by querying the archives.
If not, just go on with life as usual.
