This is the application (ezmlm) that manages the OOo list. It seems that several messages sent to you bounced. The last message bounced with the error message of "Message content rejected" ... This message is basically just telling you that it occurred, that it will keep trying for a little longer and if emails keep bouncing it will auto remove you from the list.
However if you've just downloaded that many messages I would suggest that things have corrected themeselves.
