I understand that the "wizards" (which aren't much even when they work)
require the JRE.  So, you will have to install the java runtime environment
from http://www.java.com/en/download/ (from your name I'm guessing /en/ is
appropriate) and enable its use in OOo with Tools >Options >OOo >Java.  On
checking the link, I find I do not have the latest version.
