I would offer to lodge a bug report for you, but I cannot reproduce the results. Admittedly I'm using win2000 & OOo2.1 ... If someone on the list with the same OS as the poster can confirm this issue, I'm happy to lodge a bug report.
Otherwise, I'm assuming it may be your specific installation.
