I think this problem is already solved. Language is set in the
styles used. Right now, your Default paragraph style is set as
French. If you are going to be writing a Dutch document, you need to
change the Default paragraph style to Dutch.
To do this, open the Styles and Formating window. Use the F11
key to do this. Right click Default, and then click the Font tab.
Change the Language from French to Dutch.
