I think the answer is -- not really, as a named format. But you have a great deal of flexibility in how the table and its entries look, via the Insert Index/Table dialog. You could create/modify the appropriate styles for any look you particularly like, and associate them with your TOC. The easiest way to see how this works is to bring up the dialog and check the help info for the various tabs.
