I'm using a custom style for level 1 called 'Heading 2 Underline'. Also I'm using explicitly created index entries because I'm using custom text. Am I doing it wrong? Must I use the base styles to get a linked TOC? If I add 'Heading 2 Underline' to Tools > Outline Numbering I get duplicate index entries and still no linked TOC. Actually what I REALLY want are bookmarks in the PDF end product. Will a linked TOC give me that or is there a better way?
