Mathias, I figured that I'd check to see if anything similar has been filed in the past and found the following: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=58843 http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=68092 and it appears (as I guess from those bug reports) that there won't be any work done on frames to Word. So, I'm not sure if filing an issue will really accomplish anything.
