Have you tried inserting a page break at the bottom of page 7?
(Insert > Manual Break) Select the page style you are using for pages
8 and 9. (It is probably Default.) Check the box labeled "Change page
number" and make sure 1 is selected. Actually, you probably have the
page style for the whole document as Default.
