Marijke, Please provide some more info: computer and operating system, internet connection, site where you try to download from. See also the download instructions at http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/instructions.html If download doesn't succeed, you might try and get hold of a CD (free with some computer magazine, for a little fee from some shops and firms). Normally, this would set you back only a few $, but some sharks also charge unreasonable amounts... so, beware.
