The short answer is no.
.cdr is a CorelDRAW! file and is in a vector format that is not
recognised by OpenOffice.org. However, CorelDRAW! is able to export
files in a variety of formats that are supported within OpenOffice.org.
If you don't have the creating CorelDRAW! program, there are several in
this list that do and who would be willing to help in your conversion
(including me).
