Hi Pam,
You need to define a print area first of the area you wish to print.
If it is bigger than one page you can use the "fit to page" option to
shrink it to one page size. If it is smaller than one page, it will
remain smaller however. You need to look in the Format -> Page
dialogue and choose the Sheet tab at the very right. This has a
"Scaling Mode" section where you can choose the percentage of size,
or fit to page options.

Jonathon

Subject: Help for "fit to page" in spreadsheets when printing
I am using version OpenOffice.org 2.1 and the Calc program.
I can't seem to find how to "fit to page" for spreadsheets in the
Help
areas. I have prepared a spreadsheet with 10 columns and about 30
rows
and
I want it to print on one page in the landscape format.
Can you help me ?
Thank you in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you.
