Indeed.
If you want to investigate further, try looking at the value of
"=LEN(I7)", entered into a spare cell. If the value is anything but
one, you can see there's something else in I7, in addition to your "E".
Then copy the entire cell I7 and paste it into a new Writer
document. But instead of using the normal Paste, use Edit | Paste
Special... and then select "Unformatted text". This will paste the
text, but without the containing cell. Switch on View | Nonprinting
Characters, and you will then see an indication of anything
extraneous that you also have in I7 - such as a blank or blanks.
