I downloaded OO 2.1 this afternoon and I still cant print an envelope, Ive
tried everything. Need your help. I have followed the directions.

ps it could be that when I bought my new 3 in 1 HP F380 printer,scanner,
copier we couldn't get it to print, a problem with driver. So he somehow got a
"generic" driver and I was able to print ok. I didn't try envelope until today
and it wont work.
