There is a button on the main toolbar (about 7th from the left) which looks like a pencil and paper. Clicking this icon should activate the greyed out icons, or give you a message about creating a copy of your spreadsheet. If not, please post back to [email protected] and tell us: Does this happens on all spreadsheets you use? Are the sheets saved in Excel (.xls) format? Are the sheets password protected in any way? Hope this helps. Dave -- This is a mailing list which exists to support users of OpenOffice.org All answers are given by other users who volunteer their time.
