Well, perhaps because you are using windows:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; fr-FR; rv:1.8.1.2)

On linux it installs in different directories than my OOo. I'm going
through the output now to see what all the script does; but suffice it
to say that I've not got it working on a standard debian (Ubunutu)
system (yet).
