When you tried downloading OOo (OpenOffice.org) did the download complete, or did you see any error messages? What makes you say it didn't work? Can you tell us how you are trying to download OOo? Do you have a dial-up or broadband internet connection? Can you explain what type of documents you are trying to email? Can you explain what you mean about using a zip drive. I am sure we can do something to help you, but we need you to calmly explain in more detail what it is you are trying to achieve. Please reply to [email protected] only.
