I know you specifically stated no footer, or header, but logically that
is the only place to achieve your intentions. To ensure that your
requirements are printed in all documents, you could create an
appropriate template containing the footer (with the required fields).
In my former professional life this was standard practice for all
documents involving customer interaction, and it worked well.
