I am looking for an option/possibility to print the path+filename of each document if it is printed.

This should be no footer or header, but an automatic setting for ALL prints.
Is this possible with oo ?

I know you specifically stated no footer, or header, but logically that is the only place to achieve your intentions.

It's true. Sorry, there was (inter alia) one mistake in my first
posting. To have the field in all pages, you need footer or header.

You have to set the anchor of the frame inside e.g. header - but you
can set the frame placement outside the header/text area, so that
header still remains for other independant entries (if this was the
reason, you didn't like to use header or footer).

[ Then it's s.th. ;-) like:
file ID: 1259184
field_frame_new.odt
File size: 10 Kb
http://www.mytempdir.com/1259184 ]

To ensure that your requirements are printed in all documents, you could create an appropriate template containing the footer (with the required fields).

In my former professional life this was standard practice for all documents involving customer interaction, and it worked well.
