What in the world are you going on about. Moderators do not 'censure' emails. They have no ability to change the content of emails. There is more than one of them so it is unlikely that they all got together to 'censure' your email. You need to make sure you get your facts straight before you go off claiming something that doesn't exist. This list sees plenty of people complaining about aspects of OOo - its nothing new.
I have uninstalled OO several times and used regristry cleaners, but the preferences were not cleaned out
Have you tried simply deleting the preferences? Deleting the registry entries? What are you finding that the remnants of the program are doing?
Since we do not have a freedom of complaint that there is a problem and that the tools are not fixing them, then they should be known. I want the problem fixed, but not to be silenced about the problem.
